For your convenience the LMVAS has created a secure site for paying your invoice online.  We accept PayPal, all major credit cards, debit cards, including the Health Savings Account (HSA FLEX) Card program.  Charges for service payments to LMVAS from your HSA Flex card cannot be returned after an online payment is made.  If there is a dispute on a charge to your HSA Flex Card please contact LMVAS directly.
